Hi, I'm Erick, Founder of Arre Land Company.
I started Arre Land Company with a straightforward mission: To help people navigate the entitlement and building permit process in the most efficient and cost-effective manner possible. Originally from Southern California, I moved to the Central Coast to attend Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, where I earned a Bachelor of Science in City and Regional Planning with a Minor in Ethics, Public Policy, Science, and Technology. Over the last several years, I’ve had the unique privilege of working within both the public and private sectors and the opportunity to work on various projects throughout the Central Coast. This dual perspective allows me to seamlessly bridge the gap between property owners and local government, turning the headache of zoning, permitting, and land development into a streamlined, predictable process. When I’m not diving into local zoning codes or advocating for clients, you can usually find me catching live music at local venues or spending time with family and friends. I look forward to partnering with you on your next project!
